March 17th has come and gone for another year.
As usual we had a really good turn out again this year and a lot of fun. Our Happy Hour was scheduled for 3:00 - 6:00 and the rain that was forecast mostly held off until 6:00 p.m.
I made Beef "Irish" Stew and had a real disappointment when my Baker lost my order for my custom made Irish Potato Bread, but oh well, we had to make do with a substitute. A lot of "Irish Car Bombs" were served as well.
And the greatest surprise of all, our friends Dave and Donna showed up out of the blue and surprised the heck out of us. We haven't seen them since "Pull-out" last fall. Thanks for coming guys.
Both Sea-Enna and I love St. Patrick's Day. It's a lot of work, but well worth it. I'm already planning my menu for next year. I think it will be Corned Beef and Cabbage and Potato Bread.
I HOPE EVERYONE ELSE HAD AS HAPPY A ST. PATRICK'S DAY AS WE DID
