SHARED MEMORIES OF BILL

A FOND FAREWELL TO BILL KORBER.  This night was originally planned as a 65th Wedding Anniversary for Doris & Bill.  The invitations were all sent out, the party was planned and booked.  But, Bill couldn’t make it.  So we all celebrated it for him.

Doris had her Son and Daughter in-law with her.

It was a lovely evening of good food and fellowship.

There was also some really great music and shared memories of Bill.

IT WAS A GREAT EVENING AND THE CLOSE OF OUR WINTER SEASON.

ONLY 5 DAYS UNTIL WE HIT THE ROAD NORTH

We are off to dinner to-night with some Boundary Creek Marina friends, before we all head north for the boating part of our year.

I have one more newspaper to produce before we leave.

We have to pack up our cloths and personal items, etc., etc., etc.

Plan out a new route to get past Fort Worth/Dallas.  (I swore I would never go through there again after last falls experience.  The construction never ends.)

Empty and clean out my fridge.  Make sure any foods being left here are sealed in glass jars.

Making lists and crossing them off as we go.

Then there is a get together here in the Park on Saturday night.

Then fit everything in the truck.
