WE GOT TO WICHITA, KANSAS

We got off to an earlier start this morning and made pretty good progress.  Yesterday it started out just cloudy, but then we got really slowed down by heavy, heavy rain.   We gave up and called it a night by Austin. Today we made better progress.  On north the rest of the way through and on out of Texas.

Continued across Oklahoma and on into Kansas.

We have called it a day here in Wichita Kansas.

AND IT'S ON TO SIOUX FALLS TOMORROW.

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY

For the last couple of weeks, we have been very busy.  We went to a number of Park events, kind off a one last time tour.  Trivia night and Luau night were great fun.

Plus we have been busy sorting and packing, but so much of it can't be done in advance.

What to leave, what to pack, and what to toss?  We have cleaned out all the "Hardly ever use" cupboards.

Next we have to tackle the "use it every day" cabinets. I don't know how many times I have re-opened my clothing bin to retrieve something I need.

We are down to 3 days until we leave, so the rest has to be decided upon quickly now.

I will try to post each day as we travel.  WiFi permitting.

WE WILL HEAD NORTH FEB. 28th.

GOING, GOING, GONE!

Well, that did not take long.  This is only the second weekend of our ad running and it looks like we have sold our trailer.

The possession date is March first, so we will be heading home, right after that.   I guess we will have to celebrate St. Paddy's Day in Manitoba.  It definitely won't be an outdoor patio party like we are used to.

That snow better start melting, because I want it gone by the time I get home.  LOL

So now the fun begins, of sorting out and deciding on what to take home and what to throw out.

I'LL NEED AT LEAST, THE NEXT 4 WEEKS, TO ACCOMPLISH THAT!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We had a great time at the Park's New Years Eve Dance last night, being entertained by "The Coins".

Good attendance and lots of fun.

It's so nice to have a dance in our own park, where we can party and dance our little hoofies off and be home safe and sound in minutes when it's over.

HEALTH AND HAPPINESS TO EVERYONE IN THE
NEW YEAR

CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS IN PARADISE PARK

We did a little late night tour through the park to check out those that have put up light displays for the Holiday season.

Kudos to those that put in the effort, it sure makes everything look so "Christmassy".

Then there are these that had to be photographed in day light as they don't show as well at night.

I know someone that would love this in her yard.

WELL DONE EVERYONE
